Arkansas State University, located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, is a public research university. It is the Arkansas State University System's flagship campus and the state's second largest university. The university was founded in 1909 and sits on 1,376 acres of land on Crowley's Ridge. Students can access eBooks, films, journals, newspapers, periodicals, microforms, juvenile materials, archives, and other resources at the Dean B. Ellis Library. Students can participate in fitness challenges, group fitness classes, Club Sports, Intramural Sports, and Open Recreation at the Red W.O.L.F Center and Intramural Sports programme. A MAC gym, three basketball courts, an indoor track, free weight and cardiovascular facilities, a dance studio, a spin studio, and evaluation rooms are available at the centre.
