Auckland University of Technology is a New Zealand university that was established on January 1, 2000, when a previous technical college was awarded university status. AUT provides 135 undergraduate programmes across 15 fields, 184 postgraduate programmes, 16 certifications and diplomas, and 17 short courses. The Auckland University of Technology is divided into three campuses: the south campus, the north campus, and the city campus. The north campus offers courses in education, health, and sports, while the city campus houses engineering, computer, and mathematical sciences schools.
