The blue tier room type is available in seven of the eight residence halls. A common bathroom connects this room type to double rooms on each side. The newest addition is the new Residence Hall, or "The Suites," which houses predominantly upperclassmen. It is a co-ed structure, with female residents in the left wing and male inhabitants in the right. CSU's accommodation and food options are combined. In 2020, the average student paid roughly $10,400 to live on campus. Off-campus accommodation costs roughly 1000 to 1500 USD per month on average.
