Hofstra University is a diversified campus that hosts a variety of academic, cultural, and social activities throughout the year. The university's Museum of Art houses almost 5,000 works of art from many cultures, as well as a large collection of outdoor sculptures. The library at Hofstra University houses over 800,000 volumes and provides online access to over 100,000 full-text books, periodicals, and ebooks. There are numerous cafes and over 18 restaurants that offer 24-hour service. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Red Mango, and other well-known brands are among those available. More than 220 student-run clubs, including 25 local/national fraternities and sororities, are available to students.
