Campus

KSU has four campuses: Manhattan, Olathe, Polytechnic, and a worldwide campus. The main campus of Kansas State University is in Manhattan. It has a total size of over 2,320 acres. Because it is located near to Fort Riley, a huge Army installation, the university participates on several military-related projects. The Olathe campus, which opened in 2011, is the university's newest location. The Kansas Bioscience Park is home to this campus. Academic and professional clubs, honorary societies, multicultural groups, art and culture, religion, and spirit are all active among students. There are 30 sports club teams. Each year, Intramural Sports programmes welcome 60 individual and sports teams. Furthermore, K-State Athletics is the most important student team in the country.

Kansas State University is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, or HLC, of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and has held this accreditation since 1916.
