Miami University is a residential public university that was founded in 1809. It is Ohio's second oldest public institution and the country's tenth oldest public university. Campus

The university's main campus, which spans 2138 acres of land, has been dubbed "the most beautiful campus that ever existed" by Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Robert Frost. There are academic buildings, housing, an alumni hall, an administrative complex, an auditorium, sports facilities, libraries, and a museum on the naturally beautiful campus. The campus provides students with housing, and all first and second year students live on campus. The campus accommodation for students provides all of the conveniences and facilities that students require. On campus, there are over 30 dining options, as well as recreational facilities such as rock climbing, music centres, pools, and a fitness facility. There are more than 400 student clubs and organisations to choose from.

The university features a Center for Career Exploration and Success that assists students in finding appropriate internships, jobs, and vocations. Some well-known corporations and companies that employ their pupils include the Cincinnati Museum Center, Sherwin Williams, JP Morgan Chase, and others.
