Monroe College is a private college and graduate school in the United States that was founded in 1933 as a women's business school in the Bronx. Initially, it was known as the "Monroe School of Business." It was renamed Monroe Business Institute after becoming an approved junior college in 1972. Dining Lab provides students with the opportunity to hone their management, culinary, and hospitality abilities. The Saint Lucia campus is close to Castries, the Caribbean island's capital.
