Living in a studio without a meal plan can cost as much as 252 pounds per week. Free parking, bike storage, laundry, lounge, Wi-Fi, communal TV, and communal areas are among the amenities. Couples with children can choose from 24 self-contained studios in two residence halls. The average off-campus rent is 500 to 700 Pounds per month.

Campus

Newcastle University has four campuses: one in Newcastle, one in Malaysia, one in Singapore, and one in London. The Newcastle campus houses an award-winning library and the Centre for Physical Recreation and Sport. The Newcastle campus is estimated to cover a useful 50-acre plot of land. The Newcastle Helix Urban Sciences building houses the School of Computing and serves as an active laboratory for research. Four libraries provide exceptional educational resources such as six million ebooks, one million print books, 500 personal computers, rare and historic books and maps, and campus-wide Wi-Fi. The Centre for Physical Recreation and Sport at the university is a world-class sports facility. Newcastle University's student union offers over 160 societies. Newcastle University provides 65 sports clubs to all students.

Accredition

The University of Newcastle's Business School (NBS) has received international acclaim for its programs through accreditation with the international accrediting body Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
