For international students, the university offers a variety of on-campus housing options. Students are assigned rooms on a first-come, first-served basis, based on space availability. In the Wolf Village and Wolf Ridge apartments, 4-bedroom rooms are available. The following are the costs of living on a university campus: Housing rent is $820 USD (equivalent to 60,000 INR); cable television is $23 USD (equivalent to 1700 INR); and internet is $70 USD (equivalent to 5000 INR). The average monthly rent for off-campus housing is between 600 and 700 USD.

Campus

Every day, a variety of experiences enrich the college campus. The NCS University campus features 700 student groups to keep students entertained in their many areas of interest. There are 70 intramural and club sports programmes at the university, as well as 23 Division 1 varsity teams. NCSU students operate a daily newspaper, and robot-building and DJing are popular extracurricular activities. There are numerous dining halls, quick food businesses, coffee shops, specialised cafés, and even food trucks available to students. Every year, students on campus are encouraged to participate in arts presentations such as music, dance, and fine arts.

Accredition

North Carolina State University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award the associate, baccalaureate, master's, and doctoral degrees.

Jobs and Placement

According to a Wall Street Journal survey, the university is ranked #19 by recruiters. The university website includes an ePack platform where employers can post jobs and students can apply for them. In response to the coronavirus outbreak, the institution also organises virtual career fairs and events. Following graduation, 92 percent of students are hired for full-time jobs at companies such as Cisco, Netapp, EMC, Yahoo, Amazon, RIM, Google, Microsoft, nVidia, Intel, Qualcomm, and IBM. Graduates can expect to earn around $56,000 USD on average.
