Pittsburg State University
Pittsburg State Institution, sometimes known as PSU or Pitt State, is a public university. Founded in 1903 as the Auxiliary Manual Training Normal School, it was transformed into a full-time, four-year institution of higher learning in 1913 as 'Kansas State Teachers College of Pittsburg.' Pittsburg State University now consists of six colleges that provide a variety of courses for international students, including around 200 undergraduate and graduate programmes.

The institute features more than 150 student-run groups and clubs dedicated to sports, spirituality, politics, academics, sororities and fraternities, and other activities. Football games, Greek Week, international festival celebrations, homecoming week, and other campus events and traditions are popular at PSU.
