State University of New York at Old Westbury ( SUNY Old Westbury )
The State University of New York Board of Trustees established the State University of New York College at Old Westbury in 1965. It began in 1968 at the former Coe Estate and Arboretum in Oyster Bay, New York. Today, the college offers more than 50 degree programmes.

SUNY Old Westbury has two separate living styles: their Woodlands Residence Halls provide a traditional, center-hall format in which students live among and get to know floormates from all walks of life. Students of legal drinking age are not permitted to consume alcohol at SUNY College—Old Westbury.
