The University of Bristol, founded in 1876, is an open research university that has received significant financial backing from the Wills and Fry families. The university provides both an undergraduate and a postgraduate degree programme. Cost of attendance

International students at the University of Bristol pay GBP 14000 in tuition for undergraduate programmes and GBP 13000 in tuition for graduate programmes. There is a plethora of financial aid available to overseas students to help them finance their school expenditures.

Accommodation

In its 36 residential halls, the institution provides on-campus housing for both undergraduate and graduate students. The accomodation for UG and PG students is completely separate. Library, laundry rooms, study rooms, sports facilities, and a common hall are among the accommodations. While UG students are guaranteed on-campus housing, the University of Bristol only offers a restricted number of PG spaces. Based on the needs and budget of the students living on campus, housing rents range from 90 GBP to 238 GBP. Off campus housing often costs between 650 and 750 pounds per month.

Campus

The University of Bristol has two campuses: Clifton and Langford. Over 208 buildings serve academic, athletic, and administrative purposes at the university. The Faculty of Arts and Life Sciences building is located on Clifton Campus. In addition, the campus has 3,000 study spaces spread across three study centres. The campus is well-equipped with computer labs, and eight of the nine world-class libraries are located here. The university libraries house the most extensive collection of books and journals in the South West England region. The 255-hectare Langford Campus is home to UG and PG departments as well as academic buildings. Bristol Veterinary School is located on the campus. For relaxation, the Richmond building on the Clifton campus has theatres, swimming pools, café-bars, and dance studios.
