Cost of attendance

Students believe that living off-campus will save them roughly 3,000 USD. However, living off-campus means missing out on 40 percent of UCLA campus life and events. The cost of living on campus, including meals, is $17,800 USD.

The 417-acre campus in Los Angeles is located at the base of the Santa Monica Mountains. UCLA's campus life is vibrant and exciting, providing sufficient opportunities for all students. The vibrancy of the University of California, Los Angeles is exemplified by its: 1200+ clubs and organisations that provide opportunities to engage with like-minded peers, over 30 league tournaments and events, 50 club sports, and so on. At the university, there are a plethora of cultural activities. Around 500,000 people visit the campus each year to attend one of the campus's 1000+ cultural events, which include dances, music, art galleries, cappella shows, and much more.
