North Apartments, NorthEast Area, Sylvan Area, and other undergraduate residence halls are available. Apart from essential amenities such as bedrooms and study areas outfitted with furniture and appliances, residential residences include recreational, social, and cultural centres. The cost of a Room for Expanded Housing is around $3,256.00. The average off-campus rent is from $1200 to $1500.

Campus

The UMass Amherst campus is home to 12 schools, 11 of which are for undergraduate and graduate courses, and one that is solely for graduate students. Mount Ida College, a tiny, private university currently owned by UMass Amherst, is also located on the campus. Aside from the schools, the site contains a number of residential buildings, organisation centres, recreation facilities, libraries, labs, fields, and fine arts centres. The university makes significant contributions to the arts culture, and there are several sightseeing opportunities in the surrounding area. On campus, there are around 400 active groups in which students can participate. Every year, around 200 varsity events are held on campus. UMass University is well-known for its athletics programme.
