Campus

The institution's main campus is located on a 55-acre site between Golden Gate Park and the Golden Gate Bridge. It is known as "The Hilltop," and a portion of it is located on Lone Mountain, a key topographical feature of San Francisco. There are over 27 academic, administrative, housing, and recreational facilities on its four other satellite campuses. Over 120 student organisations are available to all students at the university. UCF competes in NCAA Division I and has 26 intramural and club sports.

Since 1953, the University of San Francisco and its School of Management are accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).
