University of Victoria
The Institution of Victoria (UVic) is Canada's leading public research university. The university's origins may be traced back to 1903, when it was known as Victoria College. UVic has over 200 degrees, certifications, diplomas, and doctoral programmes to choose from. It has 80 undergraduate students and more than 160 graduate courses. These programmes are spread among the university's 11 faculties and divisions.
