Accommodation

Students applying to the University of Wollongong have the choice of living on or off campus. One of the benefits of living on campus is having a room about 5 minutes from the beach. Students can stay in fully equipped rooms for as little as AUD 195 per week. Residences are separated into undergraduate applicants, postgraduate applicants, and adult residences. Single rooms in shared 4-5 bedroom complexes, twin sharing bedrooms, fully catered and self-catered rooms, premium studios, family flats, and more options are available. Fees vary accordingly. Fully Catered single room is $315 a week for 45 weeks. If you want to live off campus, you can contact the Housing Services Coordinator, a service provided by the university to assist students in finding off-campus housing. The typical monthly rent for off-campus living is 500 to 600 AUD.

Apart from Wollongong, the University of Wollongong has a campus in Sydney and regional campuses in Batemans Bay, Bega, and other locations. It has approximately ten campuses in all. The Wollongong campus is one of the most beautiful in Australia. The innovation campus is less than 2 kilometres away from this campus. According to student reports of the University of Wollongong, the campus features a diverse range of cafes, food halls, gyms, and student apartments. Some of its scientific facilities include a SMART Infrastructure Facility and Molecular Horizons. UOW has foreign campuses in the UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.
