The annual tuition for out-of-state undergraduate and graduate students is approximately 11 lakh INR and 15 lakh INR, respectively.

Students who choose to live on campus at the institute can do so in one of two residence halls: Euclid Commons or Fenn Tower. The school living facilities can house slightly more than 1,000 students in modern, cutting-edge, fully equipped flats with kitchenettes and paid utilities. Per semester, the standard meal package is $1,507 USD. On-campus housing costs between 6.1 lakhs and 7.88 lakhs.

The CSU campus is located in downtown Cleveland and spans up to 85 acres in an urban setting. The campus is made up of 40 buildings, both old and new, that are utilised for teaching, research, housing, administration, and recreation. Along with the historic landmark Mather Mansion, the nineteen-story state-of-the-art Rhodes Tower houses the University Library and instructional facilities. Other notable aspects of the institute's campus include the 13,000-seat Bert L. and Iris S. Wolstein Center, the 100,000-square-foot annex housing research facilities, teaching labs, and simulation labs, and so on. The institute also places a strong emphasis on sports and recreational activities, with teams competing in the Horizon League each year.

Cleveland State University (CSU) is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), the largest of all regional accreditors in the U.S.

Cleveland State University graduates had a three-year average rate of employment of 100 percent within six months of graduation.
