Hawrys Campus Recreation and Wellness Center allowing students to enjoy a higher quality of life from an early age. Belly Dancing, Zumba, Cardio, High-Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, Jiu-Jitsu, Women's Self Defense, meditation, and yoga are all part of the fitness class.
