Aside from that, the UIUC campus houses a massive world-class library, common rooms, a theatre, and an alumni centre. It has over 30 student support centres to assist students with day-to-day obstacles and problems. There are over 1000 student organisations available to assist them in selecting the best club for their needs. 8 to create, accounting club, act green club, active minds, actuarial science club, Alpha chi sigma are some of the student organisations. Every year, the Illini 4000 marathon is held for non-profit organisations. To engage students in extracurricular activities, a variety of music, dance, art, and sports events are held. Another programme for students is Work it out on Campus, which allows them to exercise alone or with a partner. It also has a healthy cooking class to promote healthy habits among students.

The Career Centre at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign offers career and professional development resources to all students.
