In addition to off-campus restaurants, full-service restaurants, subs, and Starbucks are available on campus. The Wilson Commons Students Activities at River Campus registers around 275 student groups and organisations that cater to students' diverse interests. Rochester, located in western New York, is known as a cultural centre for music, arts, and women's rights movements.
